National Music Act
The goal of the event was to recognize key employees and partners while celebrating their combined success for the year. Working closely with City Winery and our partners at YES Event Designs, East Coast Entertainment, Radial Entertainment and Chris Savas Photography, we transformed the concert venue into a space the Client could feel welcomed. First our staff welcomed those that drove at the valet stand, then gave directions to the venue. The entrance was adorned with a large graphic announcing the occasion and welcoming the 90 VIPs to the night as well as a company timeline showing their growth to this momentous achievement.
We added some farm style communal tables and various furniture to compiment the venue. Guests were greeted with a specialty cocktail to commemorate the evening. The cocktail hour featured an acoustic duo then transitioning to our DJ with fun, party music. From the moment guests entered the venue, they knew they were in for a treat! Little did they know that they would be treated with an amazing keepsake to mark the occasion. Each guest was provided an engraved commemorative plaque and Cartier watch for them to own and enjoy! And their evening was just about to begin…
Bringing in a national act can be challenging travel arrangements to general dressing room requests. Our team worked hard to meet each demand so that the night was flawless executed for the Client. After all the celebration speeches, our client was excited to welcome, Blues Traveler to the stage! Mixing in classic songs like Run Around and Hook with some interaction with the audience, the next sixty minutes was the crowning moment of an amazing evening.
The evening concluded with dance music from our DJ while guests enjoyed the wide selection of food and drinks provided by the Venue. As they exited, we had packed their plaques and watches along with a bottle of wine (with custom label and decanter charm) into their Tumi bag/tote, all of which was in alphabetical order for a quick departure. We received a lovely “thank you” from our client, escorted everyone to our valet parking stand and called it a success!
