Our client, who is Headquartered near Monterrey, Mexico, hired our team to plan and produce their Leadership Conference for 80 of their key leaders from around the world. The conference was being held in Atlanta, GA and our team was responsible for handling many of the logistics for their 5-day conference. As always, the small details are always our highest priority to ensure a successful event.

Our team provided months of consulting, production, and logistics work to ensure every detail of the conference was accounted for. In the end, our team was responsible for the following services:

- Event Consulting
- Hotel & Meeting Space Coordination
- Furniture Rentals and Setups – 8 meetings Spaces
- Transportation – 24 busses throughout the week.
- Creating and Assembling Welcome Bags for all Guests.
- Bookings & Production for all Weekly Events
- Marketing Materials for Meetings, including: Banners, Lanyards, Workshop Materials (pens, pencils, paper, clipboards, highlighters, whiteboards, markers, sticky notes).
