Themed Event
When our clients reach out to us requesting a carnival theme, our eyes light up and the creative juices stir! How can we fill the Piedmont Park Promenade to capacity with fun activities for all ages within the requested theme. Maximizing the space we had, and using the 40’ x 80’ dining tent as the focal point, we filled the area with a variety of colorful inflatables, a themed carnival booth full of fun games, and select treats for guests to enjoy as they strolled around taking in the sights and sounds. By the time we were done, guests felt transported to the old fashioned circus big top and completely forgot they were in the middle of an Atlanta City Park!

The carnival is all about dazzling performers and colorful sights. Upon arriving, guests were greeted by a 10’ tall wood Ferris Wheel adorned with balloons and a 5’ wood elephant. Guests were asked to pose for a photo op adjacent to the Ferris Wheel that was used to create a large mosaic wall spelling out the name of the client. The little ones were surprised to see a real life mermaid perched on a large clamshell and served by a friendly pirate welcoming them to say hello! Our pirates are unique, and she took time to play games with the guests and engage everyone in a friendly hula hoop contest. And if there were any guests scared at the thought of interacting with a pirate, our carnival barker on stilts saved the day by teaching everyone how to juggle and play games while touching the sky!
Once inside, guests were almost overwhelmed by the variety of activities to enjoy. Try as they may, parents were powerless to avoid the sugar rush as our cotton candy artists created lifelike bears, chicks and pigs for kids to carry and take a bite from. If fake animals bored them, they could interact with almost a dozen different animals in the petting zoo. Older guests took a moment to enjoy a beer at the bar and then climb into the 12’ high hamster ball and race their friends down the track. Needed something more exciting? We had you covered with our carnival themed Giant Slide stretching 30’ into the sky providing thrills for all ages. Once exhausted, guests were able to enjoy a sampling of food from five food trucks featuring Italian, Greek and American offerings. No one left hungry, and every child left completely spent from the excitement of the day!
Everyone loves a carnival, and nobody transforms a city park into a circus of sights and sounds than Corporate Events Unlimited!
